LIMITATION ON COMPETING BUSINESS ACTIVITY
While being bound into this partnership, no partner so involved may involve himself in any type of other partnership or business venture that is in direct or indirect competition with the business of the partnership. If any partner violates this condition they shall be subject to ejection from the partnership under the stipulations of Section
of this agreement of partnership.
